GENERAL INFORMATION
Demon Max, a combination of two of its well-known and effective insecticides. Demon Max will give you one product to control a wide variety of pests.

Demon Max features the active ingredient cypermethrin, providing protection against cockroaches, ants, spiders, flies, bees and Formosan and Eastern subterranean termites.

Offering long-term protection, Demon Max was designed with an advanced pyrethroid chemistry and low vapor pressure so it is up to 200 times less soluble than other brands. Demon Max can be used in, on and around buildings and structures, including lawns, landscape uses and spot treatments.

Demon Max provides control of subterranean termites (including eastern subterranean, western subterranean, desert termite, and Formosan subterranean termite), and when applied to wood, may be used for spot treatment of drywood termites (Incisitermes spp).

Demon Max delivers superior barrier protection. And that’s a claim backed by facts. In University of Florida trials, soil treated with Demon Max showed 100 percent barrier protection against the Formosan and Eastern Subterranean termite after one year.

Demon Max Gives More Biological Punch

In the soil, Demon Max out powers chlorpyrifos in two ways. First, it has more direct killing power. As an advanced pyrethroid, it’s more than five times more effective than other cemistries against the Formosan termite and more than 13 times more effective against the Subterranean species.

Staying Power for Long-Term Protection

In many ways, the real measure of a termiticide is how effective it is years after application. Tests in Florida, Mississippi and South Carolina prove Demon Max delivers 90 percent to 100 percent control even after 10 or more years in the soil. One reason Demon Max works so long, is its low solubility in water. Also, because of its low vapor pressure, Demon Max doesn’t volatilize. Plus, it’s 200 times less soluble than some other chemistries, so there’s far less leaching. This means Demon Max stays where you put it.

PEST CONTROL IN AND AROUND STRUCTURES

For residual pest control in and on buildings and structures and their immediate surroundings and on modes of transport. Permitted areas of use include but are not limited to:

• Industrial buildings, houses, apartment buildings, laboratories, buses, greenhouses
• The nonfood/feed areas of stores, warehouses, schools, nursing homes, hospitals (non-patient areas), restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturing, processing and servicing establishments, vessels (ships, boats), railcars, trucks, trailers, aircraft (cargo and non-cabin areas only).
• Do not use in commercial greenhouses or nurseries. Not for use on plants being grown for sale or other commercial use, or for commercial seed production, or for research purposes. Do not use on food or feed crops.

Under Slabs:
Infestations of arthropods, such as ants, cockroaches and scorpions inhabiting under slab areas may be controlled by drilling and injecting or horizontal rodding and injecting, 1 gal. of 0.25%-0.5% emulsion/10 sq. ft. or 2 gal. of emulsion/10 lin. ft. Product may also be applied through under-structure insecticidal delivery systems such as piping or flexible tubing mounted under the structure. This treatment is not intended as a substitute for termite control.

In Crawl Spaces:
Broadcast Demon Max as a 0.25% to 0.5% emulsion to all surfaces in crawl spaces to control ants, fleas, cockroaches, scorpions, or other arthropods. Product may also be applied through under-structure insecticidal delivery systems such as piping or flexible tubing mounted under the structure. This treatment is not intended as a substitute for termite control. Treat surfaces thoroughly, but not to point of runoff.

Outdoor Surfaces and Around Buildings:
Apply Demon Max as a 0.1% emulsion as a residual treatment to outside surfaces of buildings including, but not limited to, exterior siding foundations, porches, window frames, eaves, patios, garages, refuse dumps, lawns or grass areas adjacent or around private homes, duplexes, townhouses, condominiums, house trailers, apartment complexes, carports, garages, fence lines, storage sheds, barns, and other residential structures, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. Application may be made to soil, trunks of woody ornamentals or other areas where pests congregate or have been seen. Base need for re treatment upon monitoring for pest presence.

Barrier Treatment For Pests Around Structures:
Apply Demon Max as a 0.1% emulsion to a band of soil and vegetation 6-10 ft. wide around and adjacent to the structure. Also, treat the foundation of the structure to a height of 2-3 ft. Use a treatment volume of 2-10 gal. per 1000 sq. ft. Higher volumes of water may be needed if mulch or leaf litter is present or dense foliage exists. House siding may be treated if boxelder bugs, elm leaf beetles, earwigs, silverfish or other similar pests are present.

APPLICATION:
Demon Max is intended for dilution with water for spray application. Fill sprayer with the desired volume of water and add Demon Max. Close and shake before use in order to insure proper mixing. For General Pest Control: Mix 1/2 to 1 oz per gallon of water. For Termite Control: Mix 1 1/4 oz. per gallon of water or 5 oz. per 4 gallons of water.

KEEP CHILDREN AND PETS OFF TREATED SURFACES UNTIL DRY
