Prefurred One Flea and Tick Topical treatment works similar to Frontline. Your cat should be treated with it every four weeks to keep them flea and tick free.

However, if your cat already has fleas and/or ticks, you need to treat there environment in addition to there fur.

Prefurred One Flea and tick Topical treatment contains 9.7% Fipronil and kills fleas and ticks for up to four weeks. Each carton of Prefurred One Flea and tick Topical treatment contains a three month’s supply. Kittens must be older than eight weeks before they may be treated. 

Please understand two things. Only 5% of the fleas are on your cat and if you already have a flea or tick infestation this product will not solve your problem.
