Killzall Extended Control Herbicide is for tough weed removal from stubborn areas where weeds continue to pop up. This product is for use on stubborn weeds in the cracks around your sidewalks, curb areas, and driveways. Killzall is a commercial grade product for the tough areas of weed control. Killzall is perfect for removal of weeds around landscaping areas,cracks around buildings, fence areas and lots with large weed population.
Killzall is a traditional method that kills stubborn weeds at the root. This product has a yellow color to pinpoint application. Users can see exactly where Killzall has been applied with this yellow coloring. This is a professional commercial grade herbicide that is water soluble and works with easy dilution. Users should apply this product to areas where weeds re-emerge and established weeds for best results. Killzall comes in a convenient 32 oz. size to cover all areas of weed removal.
Using a professional grade herbicide is a strong weed deterrent because it is systemic herbicide control. Systemic weed control works at the root of the weed which will kill the weed from the inside out. When applied properly this systemic herbicide kills from the roots outwardly and enters from the leaves of the weed for complete elimination of weed population. Homeowners will only have to spray to rid themselves of weeds instead of manual removal of weeds. Weeds will begin to wilt and brown after proper application including the root systems underground.
Killzall is not intended for use on lawns or other plants. For best results apply to broad leaf and grassy established weeds. Manual weed removal is not practical for large established areas of weed overgrowth. Surface pesticides only cover the surface area of the plant and do not kill established weed patches. Killzall can be applied through industrial or field sprayers to cover large areas. Visible results can appear within two to four days however allow seven days for best results. Killzall keeps weeds from returning for three to six months after use.
Pre-Emergent & Post-Emergent Weed & Grass Control for 3 to 6 Months
The preemergent herbicide prodiamine in this product is yellow in color, which allows the user to see the area that has been sprayed. If sprayed on cement curbs, sidewalks, and driveways, it may temporarily stain if not washed off immediately after application. Caution should be used not to wash the product off target weeds or weed control may be adversely affected. Treated areas should be dry before entering to avoid staining onto non-treated surfaces.
WHERE TO USE
Apply this product to both established weeds and weed-prone areas where weeds have not yet emerged:
- on cracks and crevices in driveways, sidewalks, walkways, and patios
- along fences, foundations, curbs, retaining walls, and edges of lawns
- around the base or in mulched beds of well-established (at least 6 months old) plants, shrubs, or trees
- on gravel areas
HOW THIS PRODUCT WORKS
Important: To prevent new weeds and grasses from growing you must spray the entire area you want to control, not just the emerged weeds.
This product works two ways:
- One ingredient enters the plants through foliage and moves systemically to the roots, killing many weeds by stopping the production of a substance found in plants. Weeds begin to yellow and wilt in a matter of days with complete kill of many weeds in 1 to 2 weeks.
- The other ingredient provides a herbicidal barrier in the soil preventing growth and development of newly germinated weeds.
DO NOT USE IN LAWNS.
